Neglected Blog...

Poor wee blog - new out of the gates, and already left in the dust. I am resolving to keep this little place of mine going..... I had a little suspicion that this may happen. It is to be expected - 2 little boys ruling my world! But I am out here still wanting to Blog, but that need for sleep does take over from time to time!

J home today, I love the days he is home unexpectedly. It was uneventful, but still a great day. We stopped by our friends house. CE got an unexpected playdate with Pearl. They watched Flushed Away and had a great time together. OL loves to play there anyway, and Nicki and I got a chance to sit and chat for a while. It seems rare we get to do that, and when it does happen, it reminds me of how much I like her!

CE also got a replacement talking Steve Irwin doll today - Steve-O is back in full effect, accent and all. I so love to watch him in his element. And of course I am his mom, but I think it is such a cool thing for my 4 year old boy to be in to....

On another happy note - 2 weeks from tonight, we will be in our new home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!YESSSSSSSSSSSSS - it seems like such a long time coming, and now it is hard to wait! A little preview above.....

So Sweet

I had the chance to cast 8 day old twin girls this past week.... so sweet. The "little" sister was 5 lbs 2 oz, what an awesome memory for her parents, to capture this brief moment. I put the quarter next to it, to give people a feel for how little these wee toes are.... They are going to be darling once they are all framed up and ready.....

Yes! Day 2 and I am posting again. Okay, well there is some cheating going on here; it's just after midnight, but who knows if I will get a chance for the remaining 23 hours of this day. I can see it now - put OL down for sleep, set CE up with some form of "Crocodile Hunter" entertainment and blog, blog, blog. Don't I have enough guilt for not spending the "right kind of time" with my little darlings? Well, let's just see where this takes us. And really truly, I will be curious if anyone aside from me will read these. I need to see if there is a way to track that. I am debating whether I just want to keep this for myself, maybe not even tell J & let this be my refuge, my thing. Do have hopes that this may be good for Momentoes, so should perhaps keep that in mind as well...

Welcome to the world little blog..

Wow! I am a newbie, this is my first post on my very own blog. Will anyone read this aside from me, ever? Will I have the chance to use my blog how I had hoped? Will I have time to post? Will it turn into an on-line self-counseling spot? This remains to be seen I guess, but hey, I can now join my other friends, and fellow mamapreneurs and say I have my own blog. If only now I could link it to our page on the Momentoes website..... Off to do some tweaking on my little space in this big space.....
